There are a variety of wreck dives off Phuket, ranging from easy shallow dives such as Tin Lizzy to deep technical diving such as HMS Vestel.
One of the most popular wrecks is King Cruiser, a large (86m) catamaran car ferry that sunk en route to Koh Phi Phi in May 1997. King Cruiser sits at 30m in the middle of Phang Nga Bay, in the marine sanctuary covering Anemone Reef and Shark Point.
Wreck Dive King Cruiser
Although the top of King Cruiser is collapsing, it is a fascinating dive, it’s a large boat, 86m by 25m and absolutely covered in beautiful soft corals, although these are sometimes difficult to see hidden beneath the mass of fish that congregate around and over the wreck.
King Cruiser can be dived as part of a 3 dive day including Koh Doc Mai (flower island) and Shark Point
